Return Policy
Return period: 30 days from the date of delivery.
You have the right to return your items within 30 days after receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
Items purchased directly from the manufacturer cannot be returned.
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, or a refund may be refused:

Items that are not in their original condition or are damaged

Items with missing parts due to reasons not caused by us

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
In-store returns are not accepted.
Important Exception to Our Return Policy (Underwear)
Underwear can only be returned if the seal (sticker) has not been broken. Once the sealing sticker on the packaging has been removed or broken, we can no longer accept the return for hygiene reasons.
All underwear returns must be unopened, unworn, undamaged, and in the original packaging. After all, these are underwear
If you are not satisfied or the size does not fit, please contact us — we will find a suitable solution.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day satisfaction or money-back guarantee on most of our products. Certain exceptions and additional conditions apply to specific categories, particularly underwear. Please read the conditions below carefully.
Validity: The guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your order.

Underwear Guarantee
For hygiene reasons, stricter conditions apply:

The 30-day satisfaction or money-back guarantee applies only to underwear that is damaged or defective due to transport or production

Underwear cannot be returned or exchanged if it has been worn, washed, or removed from its original packaging, except in the case of a defect
Refunds
Once your return is approved, you will automatically receive a full refund via the same payment method used for the order, within 7 days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Original shipping fees and any transfer fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
For final sale items, you will receive a store credit to be used on a future purchase.
No restocking fees are charged for returned items.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges.
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you received and, once the return is approved, place a new order separately.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please follow the steps below:
(1) Contact us: Send an email to contact@ardmore-galway.com stating your order number and the reason for the return. If possible, include clear photos in case of damage or an issue.
(2) Return authorisation: Our customer service team will provide you with return instructions. Depending on the reason, additional information or documents may be requested.
(3) Return shipment: Return the product at your own expense to the address provided. Please pack the item carefully to avoid damage during transit.
(4) Inspection and processing: Upon receipt, we will inspect the product and the reason for return, then process your refund accordingly.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are at your own expense and are non-refundable.
We recommend using a tracked and/or insured shipping service.
