Uncollected or Refused Parcels
If a customer refuses a parcel or fails to collect it after multiple delivery attempts, labour and shipping costs will not be refunded.
We always require a phone number and an email address to ensure the customer is kept informed about the status of their order.
Parcels Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please first contact the local post office or the relevant carrier to obtain information about the parcel’s location.
If the carrier confirms that the parcel was lost in transit, you must request an official confirmation of loss and forward it to us.
